WELLNESS MASSAGE

Unlike spas that focus on pampering and relaxation, our expert massage therapy addresses your wellness needs. Every session begins with a consultation and check-in. Scheduled time is “your” therapeutic time in the treatment room.

Every session is customized for your needs. Modalities include

  • Prenatal: An especially relaxing massage to nurture the mother and child. Extra care and attention is given to the mother’s comfort and stage of pregnancy. 60min,    $115
  • Aroma stress relief :  This treatment delivers superb sensory therapy for high-stress individuals in need of nurturing. Essential oils open the heart chakra and counteract the effects of adrenal overload and overwork as warm oil eases tight muscles. This is a technique that uses the body’s sense of smell to help boost your mood, relieve stress, energize and encourage better health. 60/90min, $115/$150
  • Deep tissue: A therapeutic treatment that works deep tissues to relieve muscular spasms and to compensate for overuse due to stress, work, or athletic activities.  60/90min, $110/$150
  • Thai herbal ball: Thai herbal heat balls are used in combination with traditional Swedish massage. Sore muscles are worked and stretched and then herbal heat balls are applied to help soothing of sore muscles. The herbal heat balls relaxes aching muscles, eases respiration through the use of aromatic camphor, and reduces tension through the heat and aromatic properties of the herbs used in the compress. Traditional Thai massage used herbal heat balls for the treatment of sprains, muscle pain, bruises and swelling.  90min, $160
  • Shiatsu: Stimulating pressure points to relieve stress and muscular discomfort, this treatment restores. Clients should wear a shirt and shorts or light gym suit for this service.  60/90min, $100/$150
  • Ampuku psoaz release treatment: Ampuku psoas release gently works with the Psoas and iliacus muscles to address lower back muscles, hip and sacral areas. In the lower back, this is a key component in sciatic pain, knee injuries, groin pulls as well as injuries in the feet and ankles. This is also extremely effective – without pressure – in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, neck pain TMJ and frozen shoulder in the upper body. 30/60/90min,  $75/$110/$160
  • Sports: Aimed at performance, this massage prepares the body for activity and helps it recover after athletics. Client should wear a shirt and shorts for this service.  90min, $150
  • Manual lymphatic drainage treatment: This is an excellent treatment to decrease puffiness and swelling, by restoring a healthy lymphatic flow which improves circulation, accelerates healing, and increases hydration and stimulates and oxygenates cells. It is great prior to surgery and post operatively to speed healing and decrease bruising.  60/90min, $110/$160
  • Reiki: Reiki is a healing modality dating back 2500 years to Tibet. It reduces stress, balances emotions, relieves physical pain and promotes spiritual awareness. Reiki is done with the client fully clothed.  60min, $95
  • Heated stone: An age-old therapy used by Arawak Indians in the Caribbean and the Cherokee Indians in the USA. It helps to cleanse by stimulating the lymphatic system to purifying the body, causing relaxation to the charka points. This is an experience that is out of this world.   90min, $160
  • Swedish: This type of massage focuses on the muscles and soft tissue. A Swedish massage reduces tension, soothes sore muscles, and draws the body into a state of relaxation. 60/90 min. $100/$135
  • Integrated massage: Our integrated massage will release your chronic pain and discomfort, headaches, TMJ stress, anxiety, limited movement and joint stiffness. Your session will incorporate various modalities to release deeper layers of tissue and create a greater sense of ease and mobility in your body. 90 min, $160
  • Back Massage.  Massaging the back, neck and shoulder areas.  30min,  $75

BESPOKE MASSAGE THERAPY

Gifted veteran therapists create a custom tailored session to address your key issues, combining expert bodywork with stress relief. Our team has expertise in diverse modalities, including deep tissue, Thai, Shiatsu, Psoaz and pre-natal massage.
